Great customer service always on top of paper I would recommend to anyone.
The people we dealt with were really great but the system the lender uses is terrible. It duns you nearly every day insisting they urgently need information you have already submitted. It forces you to read documents multiple times when nothing is due. Then at the end, right before closing when things really were urgent, the document needed was not sent properly and the broker had to intervene to make them get it right.
