Horrible customer service. My mother bought a van there for her husband to get around. Once he passed we called them to see about them buying it back. After waiting for an hour the guy said oh someone will have to call you. He didn’t call I had to call to see what is going on. They completely low balled my mother with a price. $20k less than what she bought it for not even a year later with only 500 miles put on it.
