I love this place. They are very friendly and understanding if you have to cancel or reschedule. I first found them through Groupon but I kept going back even after using the deal. I also bought their massage package deals which comes out to less than $40 per massage!

I purchased a gift certificate in February prior to the Cov-19 virus so I have been unable to schedule a massage. I reached out to her in May and she said she was taking people with Dr notes only. It is June and the Cov-19 is getting worse here in Tx and I have a Lung disease. I reached out to Maria and she said I can’t get a refund. That is a shame. She could have returned my money and I would reschedule next year hopefully when the virus has gone.

I have made several attempts to reach this business, leaving voicemail messages to NO avail since early February. It should not take this much effort to inquire on gift certificate purchased & the ability to use it or be refunded; pandemic or not. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their lack of response! I will give them one more week then I will contact my credit card company for my full refund!
