Shane and his crew at Absolute Merit Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement. They were punctual, professional, and left everything spotless when finished. Shane explained the whole process clearly with no pushy sales tactics, and the final result looks great.
They replaced the roof, gutters, facia, and got my trees trimmed after a limb fell on our house earlier in the year. 5 months later everything seems solid, no leaks or anything wrong. They knew what to expect with the insurance and knew how to handle everything from the front to the back. The whole process went pretty fast and now its like it never happened. The experience honesty and professionalism they bring to the table is what really makes the difference. My first claim and it was real easy.
