Absolute Merit Roofing handled our house restoration from a recent hailstorm in March 2025. We required a full roof replacement, new gutters and much replacement of exterior trim pieces shredded by the large hail. Through the leadership of Shane, Scotty and Rose, our project was started and completed in a very short time span (about 2 weeks in early April). Its not good enough to just have somebody work on your roof that knows roofing. You need someone that also understands dealing with insurance company's. Shane is a good guy that you want taking care of you. I'm so glad I chose Shane to replace my hail damaged office roof. It was a real pleasure to work with him and always felt like I had someone looking out for me.
Shane is very professional. He is knowledgeable and pointed out some things that made since. He was prompt and respectful of my time. His guys are courteous and good at what they do. All the work was completed ahead of schedule. I will recommend his services to friends and family and will use him again if needed.
Back in August 2022, the Dallas area received 13 inches of rain in a very short period of time. I was leaving my home when I heard a noise coming from an upstairs bedroom. Upon inspection I stood and watch the ceiling cave in and eating coming into this room. Immediately I called 2 different roofing companies to insect the damage. I cannot recommend Shane and his team at Absolute Merit Roofing strongly enough. A fantastic experience from beginning to end with Shane willing to perform a roof inspection while I was out of the country and even temporarily patching up part of the roof with tarp even though I had not agreed to a contract yet.
