Ms. Kency has always been very attentive. I’ve been with this agency for more than 5 years, and they have been consistently kind, reliable, and professional. The staff is wonderful and always takes the time to answer all my questions. They even respond to my phone calls after normal hours, which really shows how much they care. This is to share my reviews on ALCS, my mother has been in this agency's care for almost 4yrs. The staff has always been great with any concerns and more having the best care my mother could ever have. To add, my initial coverage started immediately after I had to take my son for surgery, in two days notice they were able to fulfill this coverage due the emergency circumstances I had at the time. I am honestly blessed and trust this agency for my mom's continued care.
