After getting fuel, they left their two trucks & trailer blocking 6 of the 8 pumps at the gas station so they could walk across the parking lot for a smoke. Laziness, lack of consideration, and absence of situational awareness are not traits you turn on or off. If they are that clueless at a gas station, I would not even consider allowing them the opportunity to screw up my lawn and landscaping.
This outfit had already installed the irrigation system in the house I purchased 2 years ago so they were the natural choice to do backflow prevention tests as well as start up and shut down. Even though I’ve always paid my bills promptly and have been very courteous to the workers, they all the sudden have gone ghost mode. My backflow test is now overdue and I’m having to water things by hand because these guys have either gone out of business or just don’t have the courtesy to return my inquiries. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company.
So I asked my phone to call Absolute Irrigation and it dialed the Pittsburgh number. I apologized to the guy who answered the phone and he just hung up on me. Wow! Not professional.
I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for an irrigation system. Great customer service and awesome team!!
