I had been with Justin for 12 years and it started out great but little did I know how bad It had gotten. Over the last couple years its been absolutely impossible to get in contact with him so don't bother trying to call because its just going strait to automated messages. He might email you back after a week and multiple messages. I had asked him to try and save me some cost because my policy had went way up for no reason, 30 minutes at state farm agency and now im 520 less a month for the same coverages.
UPDATE: I have updated this review as of today. The reason is I CAN NEVER connect with Mr. Justin HONEY when needed. ( I used to be able to connect!!!) I leave messages and I leave emails. He answered the insurance company that messed up my homeowners payment . It was important that this be corrected so they would not take more money out my bank at the wrong time! But Absolute Integrity would not answer my call, SEVERAL CALLS.... This is unacceptable. I have had this happen before. No assistant calling back for him or nothin... read more

Justin Honey has been my insurance agent for over a decade. I decided to insure with Absolute Integrity because he patiently explained to me all of the things customers should know about insurance, but I definitely didn't. As my life has changed and my needs changed, he has worked with me to update my insurance covearges as well. I have shopped my rates elsewhere a number of times out of curiosity. I turned in a claim with Justin Honey (Absolute Integrity Insurance) 7 months ago for a roof. Neve heard back from him. I called the insurance company direct Travelers and turned in the claim. It took Travelers over 6 months to pay the roofers for only part of the roof that they would pay for. I made dozens of phone calls, left voice mail messages, email messages, and texts.
