I have been with Justin Honey and Absolute Integrity Insurance since I have had any auto or home owners insurance! And my parents have been with them for 15+ years! I have had nothing but an amazing experience with them and would recommend them to anyone needing good customer service and a great quote!
I had been with Justin for 12 years and it started out great but little did I know how bad It had gotten. Over the last couple years its been absolutely impossible to get in contact with him so don't bother trying to call because its just going strait to automated messages. He might email you back after a week and multiple messages. I had asked him to try and save me some cost because my policy had went way up for no reason, 30 minutes at state farm agency and now im 520 less a month for the same coverages.
UPDATE: I have updated this review as of today. The reason is I CAN NEVER connect with Mr. Justin HONEY when needed. ( I used to be able to connect!!!) I leave messages and I leave emails. He answered the insurance company that messed up my homeowners payment . It was important that this be corrected so they would not take more money out my bank at the wrong time! But Absolute Integrity would not answer my call, SEVERAL CALLS.... This is unacceptable. I have had this happen before. No assistant calling back for him or nothin... read more

Justin Honey has been my insurance agent for over a decade. I decided to insure with Absolute Integrity because he patiently explained to me all of the things customers should know about insurance, but I definitely didn't. As my life has changed and my needs changed, he has worked with me to update my insurance covearges as well. I have shopped my rates elsewhere a number of times out of curiosity.
