Brad came out exactly on time as expected. He did a very thorough job. I received the inspection report back the same day with pictures and a full explanation of each component. The fact that he uses a drone to inspect the roof was great.
I read the reviews prior to selecting Mr. Johnson as an inspector. Mr. Johnson lived up to every word that was said about him. Truly amazing to work with. What I appreciated most was the urgency once he realized the situation I was facing! I did not have a day to spare and when I explained what was going on, he treated the situation as if it was his own. He’s very knowledgeable and informative!
