Bradford had helped us two times with inspections and always does a spectacular job.
Brad from Absolute missed an improperly sealed drain in an upstairs bathtub that flooded the downstairs ceiling upon the very first use a day after we moved into our new home. This happened despite me asking Brad to specifically pay attention to that drain as the sellers disclosed a leak from it in the past. Brad made no mention of even inspecting the tub in our report and refuses to accept any responsibility for missing the issue.
