I hired Mr. Johnson a couple of weeks to inspect a house I was buying in Duncan. The home had not been lived in since the elderly lady passed away. It has been vacant for several years. I was getting what I thought was a good deal from the heirs. I requested Mr Johnson to go inspect that home with a fine tooth comb. Thank goodness I did. Brad came out exactly on time as expected. He did a very thorough job. I received the inspection report back the same day with pictures and a full explanation of each component. The fact that he uses a drone to inspect the roof was great.
I read the reviews prior to selecting Mr. Johnson as an inspector. Mr. Johnson lived up to every word that was said about him. Truly amazing to work with. What I appreciated most was the urgency once he realized the situation I was facing!
