Called, they asked me to do some minor troubleshooting as to avoid an expensive call. I appreciate that, it shows their character. When they initially put in my system they stayed late to make sure I had heat. This last call, they went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Luckily, it was something simple. Can’t recommend them enough, they have always shown consideration and ethical behavior in all the interactions I have had with them. They even text you updates before, during, and after the work is done.
Two gentlemen came out and checked on water heater not working. They stayed long enough for it to die on them too. One of the gentlemen was friendly and sympathetic to our situation which was nice.
Great service and concern for your problems. The new install was flawless.
