My AC went out and luckily Absolute was able to come out the same day. The tech took a look and found the capacitor was bad and the coil was dirty, which could explain how the capacitor went bad. I worked in auto repair for a while so I know enough about AC systems to know that made sense. Then he quoted an absurd price to replace the capacitor and clean off the coil. They do great work & very reasonably priced, they also work with our home warranty company (2-10 & home serve) which is an added bonus. Another stand out is the office staff! Each time I’ve called, there is always a warm greeting & informed receptionists. They promptly schedule, provide information or connect me with the correct person.
