I recently had to cancel my maintenance plan with this company. The technician no-showed my appointments 3 different times. I had to call the company after each no-show to ask what was going on. They didn’t even bother to call me and were not apologetic about it either. I’m not sure if the ownership/management changed, but this company has gone downhill. I do not recommend them.

My AC unit stopped working on a Thursday evening and we were leaving for a vacation the next morning, I called for emergency services (knowing that they had an $225 emergency fee) and a technician came in about an hour. Quick response time I was pleased. The technician determined the fan motor run capacitor was bad. He replaced the original capacitor (factory supplied 6mfd) with a replacement capacitor rated at 7.5 mfd. the AC unit was working and I was charged an additional $246 for the capacitor.
