our kids have been training at ahp for the past couple of years and it has truly become their fave place to be when they aren’t at the rink. what taylor and the entire ahp crew have created for these athletes is something pretty special. This place is amazing I’ve gotten so much better and my legs and core have gotten so much stronger. These guys helped with my shoulder problem and completely fixed it. They also have such nice and great coaches that never get upset at you. I would recommend this place 100% of the time.
As a mom of two girls who both trained at AHP I can’t recommend it enough. My oldest daughter was one of the first girls to train there when it first opened up. She has always felt very safe and respected at this gym, even when she was one of the only girls. I’m so happy the female population has grown so much, as well as training for numerous sports beyond baseball. My girls both played college volleyball.
