I requested a home via Airbnb. They said it was not available anymore and offered other non interesting houses. They refused to decline my original request even though they could not accommodate it and asked me to withdraw my request instead (declining guests on Airbnb as a host make your listing less reliable). Please…. If you are considering using this company for ANYTHING, think again. I found and rented from Matt and Kate, the owners of Absolute Homes, on Airbnb. I noticed prior to our trip that they weren’t the friendliest or most accommodating hosts but it wasn’t anything major. Upon arrival, you’ll find that there are an overly excessive amount of signs around the home stating if you even so much as crack a door, the entire AC unit might break and you’re financially responsible.
