This agency has the worst caregivers.They don’t provide any of the services advertised , The caregivers do not clean up after the client nor do they assist them with their daily needs. We have had several caregivers from this agency for a family member. None of them are trained. The caregivers sleep most of the day. They ignore the clients needs.Get attitudes with the elderly clients who are already in a fragile state.
