My March inspection was disappointing. The wife of the inspector evaluated the kitchen in the house I was buying, but when my mother asked her about the discolored floor suggesting water damage, she didn't provide a clear answer. The appraisal later described the kitchen floor as showing normal wear and tear. However, the day after closing, I called Carpet Depot in Jonesboro, Georgia for advice. I contacted Absolute Home Inspections to complete a home I was interested in purchasing. On the day of inspection, all he kept talking about was caulking. On the report, he said he went up into the attic and did an inspection; however, the inspection was not accurate at all. Just a few days after Absolute completed the inspection, another inspector went into check for termite. I used this company when I was looking for houses, Michael the owner would do the inspection and tell me about his actual opinion on whether I should buy the house. After I bought a home and did some additions to the house, I called Michael to inspect the house to make sure the contractor had done things properly he informed they had, even though the contractor had county permits. Absolute Home Inspection Service is a company I would recommend to anyone in need of a home inspection. Very affordable.
