We had Bruce Quinn come out to inspect the property that we are buying. My husband and I have bought several homes during our marriage, so we have had some experience with home inspectors. Excellent details, great pictures and videos of all the issues found.
Bruce was suggested to me by my real estate agent. She couldn’t say enough about how wonderful he was and how thorough of a job he did. I decided to go with Bruce and I’m so glad I did. With our first inspection, he sent very detailed descriptions, videos, and pictures of everything that needed repaired.
