Called to ask about getting an appraisal. He asked where we are located. I gave him an area which is about as centrally located between Spokane and Spokane valley as you can get. He immediately said he’s semi retired and doesn’t do acreage but thanks for the call. We don’t have acreage but he clearly wasn’t interested in taking on a job so probably best to avoid this company.

I would give Rich and his Aussie partner six stars if I could. Both were great to speak with and personable. They came right on time and got straight to work. The report came back and you can see all the work they put into doing appraisals. So easy and wonderful to work with. I would hire again in a heartbeat.
