I finally took Jay’s recommendation on a much needed Mini-Split in my Great Room, with Western exposure, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s quiet and completely hidden from plain view, and will reduce my whole house HVAC/Heat pump system, thereby reducing energy expenses. Thank you Max for the extra care and attention to detail! I’m grateful for the service plan option I signed up for too.
