I have to say that Taylor Jones with Absolute Heating and Air has been absolutely amazing at taking care of things for me , replacing two AC units , and making sure everything is up to AAA standards. He has been just a phone call away if I had any questions or problems. And many times showed up to check things himself. His crew was wonderful putting in two units and finishing in one day. Had an issue with our AC not cooling properly, so I called Absolute Heating and Air. They were able to get someone out within a couple of hours, which I really appreciated. They found the problem right away—a faulty capacitor. He explained everything in a way that made sense, had the part on hand, and got it fixed. Additionally he washed the condenser. It’s been working perfectly ever since. Really happy with how smooth and easy the whole process was. I most definitely recommend using them for any HVAC needs!
