Bought a new a/c unit 7 yrs ago ~ for the past 3 yrs my unit freezes up with phone calls made 6x a summer and no resolution

Placed a request with my landlord to have my AC serviced it was by far the best service technician call I've experienced. The tech showed up on time and right at the beginning of the provided time window. The tech (John) was incredibly courteous and explained everything to me before and after the service, and even graciously cleaned up the debris around my unit and gutters. He was proactive and informative about what the unit will likely need in the future and even stopped by to check on everything when he was back on site l... read more

Unfortunately they didn't show up when I called to confirm that morning. They did however call a fee days later trying to make a appointment. Possibly they had something come up which is understandable but a simple call would have been acceptable .

They said they had to order a piece to fix my air conditioner. I’ve tried now for almost a year to make an appointment. They never answer their phones or return phone calls. Even my landlord has tried reaching out to them on several occasions with no luck. That’s extremely unprofessional.
