Friend of mine used this business. Single mother paid $8500 for a new heating and air unit. Within the first two years of having the unit, he has had to come out several times charging on each occasion. Not to mention the initial installation when beer cans were left behind from the workers. The most recent incident has left my friend with no air for almost a week and now she has been told to find someone else. Ron ordered the wrong coil and that somehow became my fault. He swore at me and told me to lose his number. He then called back to profusely apologize. I let him return to fix the error that he made only to have him sabotage my system costing me thousands and over a year of AC through American Home Shield. Do yourself a favor and pass on Ron Haynes. Post Script, every contractor that I had here trying to diagnose what Ron had done had heard of his hot temper and bad business practices.

The tech that came out broke the part they replaced and disnt bother to tell me or replace it .unit doing the same thing.tech came back and left without doing any work because I questioned him and he said I was mean and will not fix what they broke....
