My experience with this company was very disappointing. While they were friendly, we had to have the company return a second time after the first technician left a mess with our HVAC, leaving huge gaps causing air pressure to leak out into attic space and for water to pool up. The tech also missed a part that needed repair in their diagnostic, that I found after doing some quick research and looking around at the HVAC system. Summer heat always exposes when your AC is struggling. Our unit stopped blowing cold last night. I made a call to Absolute Heating and Air at 7:30am, booked an appointment through the automated attendant and at 2:30pm, the unit is fixed and cooling. My technician, Nick Southworth, was on time and asked questions to understand what was happening. He quickly assessed the unit, confirmed the problem and got it fixed. I greatly appreciate the urgency and high level of professionalism.
