That were polite and did their job very well .made sure everything was clean n good before leaving after job was done
The guys arrived on time and checked our unit out inside the house and outside. They installed a new filter for me and they were on their way. We’ve always been happy with the service that this company and hope to continue to do so.
Very competent great service
It took 2 attempts to get my HVAC fully replaced and right. Whilst the company made good in the end the customer experience was not ideal along the way. To date no one has followed up post last install to check things are ok. I also will have to pay out of my own pocket to fix the damage around my roof space entrance since the repair completed is not to standard and is hiding some broken ceiling sheet rock. I love the new system and would recommend Rheem products but they also need to learn to ship the right parts with order... read more
