Im beyond thankful bcz i have been having earaches bcz of impacted wax. Staff here are so friendly they were able to get me in very soon and allison was very friendly and flushed my ears she was very patient with me and it was absolutely painless and instructions were very clear.

I went in to get custom DB blockers for work and I can not begin to explain how amazing the staff were. Alison took her time explaining every possibility with me, making sure I picked exactly what I wanted. When I went to pick them up the customer support was phenomenal! I didn't get the ladies name but she made sure I understood how to put them in properly, and helped me get them inside my ears. I can not say enough amazing things about this experience.
