When I first applied I heard the good and bad about this company but wanted to get my own experience I would say I had called out 2 or 4 hours in advance due to life things and catching a cold and I take ownership of that but really got me was of how Tiasha in the hr department dealt with the situation at hand and being very disrespectful and rude but at the same time I didn’t want to get the client sick due to me being sick because I’m the type of caregiver to treat my client as a family and friend and I didn’t have a mask ... read more
Nothing is provided except clients for this company. No mileage, no gas reimbursement, no supplies. The schedulers schedules are super annoying and super confusing. Most responses are delayed. Communication is horrible. Only good enough to transition jobs but nothing worth keeping full time. They offer clients from Edgewater - Sanford but NO mileage provided for travel. Horrible company very unprofessional home care Aids there rude and lazy very few that actually do there job Or care sit on there phones all day and don’t clean up after there client very unreliable cancel every other day wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Don’t apply here ! There very rude and disrespectful and don’t set up there rules right ! They set you up to not one get a job or to keep one . If you are a black young lady please find you a better job
