Shawn was the first medical professional to not say "well you had a baby!" When I came to him with extreme post partum pain in my hips and back. He actually took the time to listen to what the problem was, and work with me to get me walking, living, and parenting pain free. He never makes me feel overlooked, or ignored. First appointment with Shawn Rossi scheduled at 2:30, he doesn’t get in till 2:45, then backtracked saying I was his 2:45 when my appointment reminder clearly states 2:30.
