Hands down, one of the best gym experiences I've had. What I look for first in a gym is community, and Absolute Fitness delivers that without sacrificing quality equipment which, in my experience, is rare. I love this gym! The environment is so friendly and welcoming, and the gym is always clean and well kept. Tony trains both me and my son, and he is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, patient, and flexible with scheduling. You can truly tell he cares about helping people reach their goals in a healthy and encouraging way. Travis trains my husband and has also been amazing to work with. My review is primarily due to cleanliness and quality of equipment. I typically work out during early unstaffed hours and always have to unrack weights and clean up items left by others before I can start my session. The bathrooms are frequently dirty as well. They seem to allow guests, which may contribute to the mess. Overall, I’m starting to regret my membership.

Spend your massage money elsewhere. I keep trying to get a massage even before my surgery. And I drive 30 minutes to find out no one can massage me. I found a more reliable place.

Absolutely love this gym, Tony and Travis are amazing trainers. If you’re looking for that summer body or just trying to keep in shape this is the place to go. I started my workout journey a few months ago and I’m feeling amazing and looking amazing. Best place is Spring Hill hands down.
