Great gym! Clean and friendly staff, access 24/7 and can’t beat the price, the only reason I cancelled is because I moved. Fantastic gym!
If you want a place to workout and get in shape Absolute is a great find. I've used many gyms in the past and this is the first place I felt comfortable to go to workout and ask for help. It's not a hangout or glitzy but the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They offer realistic encouragement and guidance and will help you create and evolve a plan to achieve your goals, all for a very reasonable price. Omg! I just signed up a few days ago. Today was my first class, and it was really good!! Tanisha was really good; she kicked my behind. I’m sore, but it’s good. I love it!
I’ve been going to Absolute Health and Fitness gym since January and cannot say enough good things about this gym. I am a 61 year old overweight woman, who had never stepped foot into a gym before. The trainers here are the best! I’ve never felt judged by anyone, as we all have to start somewhere. They are very accommodating, working with everyone’s individual abilities while pushing them to their best. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!! I’m now a forever customer!
