I want to give this place one star, only because I don't want it to get overcrowded. It is my favorite place to be. It is by far, my favorite gym and I've been a member of Gold's, crunch and EOS etc.. this is the perfect little family gym. I love it.
Love this place, very clean, plenty of equipment and friendly staff.
Excellence in this gym
Started about 3 weeks ago and am mostly pleased. Friendly staff are available as needed. There’s a good assortment of equipment. A little disappointed in “music” that is playing, it’s annoying. In today’s digital age we mostly have our own favorites saved to iPhones and use ear buds so as not to bother others. I have to crank my volume up to maximum to drown out loud speakers. This is absolutely the best fitness center that I have ever belong too. Prior to moving to Florida, I had memberships in many. I truly made an excellent choice by joining Absolute Health and Fitness.
