341 Maitland Dr was owned, renovated, and sold by Absolute in 2017. 2025 - check out the poor siding job done. Lots of gaps, vinyl siding improperly installed. Corners cut everywhere. Be careful with who you choose. 2023 - In a rental that Absolute flipped almost a decade ago, this was behind the shower surround. No drywall, mold risk, cheap as possible. Stay tuned for future updates on poor quality, code ignorance, and big hydro bills.
** Edit to respond to owner: That's funny because I specifically remember the conversation and recall being told over the phone that the job wasn't worth you coming out. Nothing was said about having to charge too much for it or anything. But that's fine, try and backpeddle all you would like. I would NEVER recommend you to anyone ever again. Absolute General Contractors did a major exterior renovation on my house. I cannot believe how different and beautiful my house looks now. I love it! They did the job at a very competitive price. Working with Corey, the owner, was absolutely amazing in every respect. I have nothing but great things to say about him.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Waited so long for this one. A renovation that went way over the budget, took almost a year to complete (houses are built faster than our addition) and that put us an inch from taking legal action ( please be aware, every law firm in town will not represent you due to conflict of interest as these guys have so many law suits and multiple representation). I had absolute build my porch with Gable this summer,It took a while due to City permit but when that's done oh gosh .let me tell you it's worth it. Great job Cory,Wes, (owners ) Mike & Josh ( Carperters) We are pleased and happy with the outcome, Grrrrreat Jobbbbb!
