Called for emergency repair and was told someone could be there within an hour. Received email confirmation. It had the wrong address. Called back. Confirmed address. Never heard from technician. Called back again and was told we were double-booked and no one was actually coming. I requested a supervisor call back. No one called. This made an extremely stressful emergency repair even more stressful. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
