I met Todd almost 3 years ago when I opened my gym and he came to service my treadmills. He was a huge help then and just a few weeks ago I contacted him about a few pieces of equipment I was looking for. Not only did he find those pieces but let me know about the Muscle D Equipment line. With Todd's help I was able to get even more equipment than I expected and couldn't be more happy with each piece. Stopped by the shop on Saturday morning ( Christmas Eve Eve) and I was there before they opened. Called just hoping to leave a message due to a soccer ball being sucked into my very expensive treadmill. Todd answered on the first ring. He tried to talk me through the problem over the phone but decided it best to come to the house and see for himself. Really needed my treadmill serviced and they never showed. Tried to contact them multiple times by calling and text but they have yet to respond. It would have been nice if they could of let me know they were not coming or interested in fixing my treadmill. I only us the treadmill to practice for my PT test and now I am several weeks behind.
