Please be aware that this gym charges every month, even if you quit going, even without a contract. It is called an "acountability charge"! I wish I would had known before $60 was taken from my account.
Dropped in for a weekend recently and could not recommend these guys more. The workouts were some of the best I've done in years, everyone was extremely friendly, and Tim is one of the best coaches I've had. If I lived here, there's no doubt I'd be a member. Can't wait to visit again!
I live near Houston Texas now but I'm originally from this area. When I come home I always go to this gym. Tim and Julie are the most kind people you will ever meet but here's the good part, they are both expert trainers! Our friendship is over 20 years now, and the humility that they have is greatly respected by all. They don't just have a gym, they live the life of fitness. I highly recommend this gym to you, you won't be disappointed. Their knowledge and experience are top notch!
Tim is the best! Clean facilities, great staff, friendly and family oriented atmosphere.
