First off was told thst my glasses would be ready in a few days. It took 2weeks to arrive totally unacceptable. It was prada frames..then out of nowhere the handle comes off.. They tried to make it seem like my fault but the glasses were poorly made not sure if really by prade. Then that was another 2and a half week wait. Something else went wrong then it was a month wait...i kept asking for a refund but they said no. They shiuld be put out of business

Purchased a pair of glasses and was reassured and assured that they would be ready on time. When I arrived to pick up my purchase I was informed they didnt arrived yet. The manager of this establishment gave me the wrong information and then try to go back to their policies restating that it would take 10- 12 days for the purchase to arrive. Its just very unacceptable that this establishment has to lie and give the wrong information to their customers just to make a sale. Very unhappy with the situations I demanded a refund ... read more
