Robert was prompt, friendly and professional. The call was about an electric stove burner which sometimes did not work. He inspected the burner, tested the voltage, and checked the electrical connections. The burner then worked fine. When I offered payment he refused saying that he really hadn't done anything. I will not hesitate to call him again.
