Absolutely amazed by their overall customer service. Sadly had my water heater go out on me the night before and when I called in the morning they initially set me up with an appointment between 1-3pm BUT not even minutes after getting off the phone with them they called me back to send a technician out immediately and this was at 7:30 a.m. Then Wes Lodel showed up and was completely professional, honest, and got the job done same day replacing my old water heater with a new one. Make sure you know what you are paying for - I emailed them twice about what they charged for a simple troubleshooting job and they kept telling me "a $49 dispatch fee and they will do pricing on the job site". I should have hesitant with the non-disclosure but I found an online special to waive this fee & read the good reviews and chose them out from the other offers as I expected with such a simple job it wouldn't be that expensive - maybe $100-$200.
