Bill and Brian, the technicians who performed this service, were polite and professional in every regard. Upon arrival, Bill estimated the time required and talked me through the process. He finished the job exactly as he estimated, cleaned all work areas, and hauled away the old fans. I will use this company again.
Kept me informed as the technician was running late which was no problem - I understand this can happen. Came in and went right to work on my project. I will use them again - great job, great service.

The guy came on time, polite, keep house clean (cover his shoes whenever came into the house), work quickly, very nice, quality is good. Everything is perfect except one concern: The shingles were not put back well. But I believe it works. I will go to homedepot to buy some new shingles and replace those damaged.
Really great job & personable. The only reason I didn't give fives across the board is that the tech did not clean up when he was done.
