Great company, great service. Joe came out to our home and was respectful and thorough. Explained all the services we needed and what he could offer. He provided a list of work that needed to be done based on his inspection, and prioritized it for me to meet our budget. Great job team!
I had Johnny come and clean our air ducts, replace our filter on our ac/heater, clean our vents and sanities the entire system. I didn’t know much about cleaning my duct work as being “a thing” but once I heard about it, it made sense since In 15 years I hadn’t done it. It was ridiculous to see the amount of hair dust and whatever the heck else gets caught in these things. Piles of it! He vacuumed with a helps filter and probably ended up with a trash cans worth. The Absolute Crew are amazing. From the moment they greeted me at my home their excellent customer service and duct cleaning service were professional and top notch. They performed their air duct cleaning and ozone treatment in my downtown apartment and I must say that my place has never felt so clean and fresh! The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and well-trained. The whole process was exactly as described. The air in my house is now totally clean and fresh! Well worth the money :)
Jonny and Carlos were two of the most courteous and polite people we have ever met. Their excellent customer service was only matched by their professionalism and knowledge. They did an outstanding job cleaning our air ducts and dryer duct. We saw how much build up there was in all of the ducts, and when they were done, everything was left so clean you would never have known they were here.
