Had a great experience with Andrew! He was very informative and patient with my parents. He provided information pertaining to grants and applications due to the flooding of my parents basement. The people that came to get the work done were clean and polite. They even laid down carpet to keep the house clean! We had an excellent experience with Absolute Draining & Plumbing. We had a leak outside our house, he was able to diagnose it and fix it the next day. Also we paid exactly what he quoted which doesn't always happen with home repairs. The also submitted all the paperwork to the city and took care of everything and followed up. I highly recommend
Absolute was fabulous. Andrew immediately came over when he heard of our problems with our water damaged basement and diagnosed two critical issues the previous plumber had not.
