Not a great experience. Our main drain has a reoccurring problem with backing up. Always at the most inconvenient time. When calling to see if someone could come out I got the answer machine- which is okay- I called a few more places, not getting any answers I tried again, the person to answer and be extremely rude, over talked me when I asked if they had emergency service he said no leave a message and we will call back, said he had gotten messages from me already, I had not left a message. Garth was awesome! Knew what was needed, fixed our issue, was quick, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you have a stubborn clog you can't figure out. He knows his way around old farm house plumbing too. Seems super knowledgeable about old and new plumbing practices.
