ADS responded to a Saturday call when our upstairs bathroom valve burst in July 2025. They arrived within 3 hours and immediately began working. From day one, they were great about getting the house cleaned up and damaged areas demolished to be ready for renovations. Our daughter has a disability and struggles with changes. ADS responded quickly as we had a washing machine malfunction and caused flooding to two rooms. They arrived on site shortly after the incident occurred and got to work. They were very approachable and willing to explain what it was that they were doing and the purpose of doing so. After all the clean up, drying, air scrubbing and all else they did, they worked swiftly to come to an agreement with insurance and I was not stuck with cost that insurance did not want to cover. I had an excellent experience with Absolute Disaster Recovery Services. The technicians assigned to my job—Austin, Tylor, and Nick—were outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They tore down the wet ceiling, walls, and flooring, and handled everything with care and precision. ADS gave us a totally unpleasant experience. Our home suffered damage since March 2024 and has still not been renovated. The owner, Mr. Tucker, pretended to be concerned about us getting as much as we could for our claim. They removed our kitchen cabinet before being given the green light from the insurance company, therefore we were not covered for that portion of the loss.
