I can't speak for all of their pros, but Brad Cook was amazing. We experienced the WORST water leak because of a mistake our builder made. Brad communicated with us throughout the whole process, explained what was happening, and was super flexible with scheduling. He was so gracious when answering all my questions. Our house has been out of commission for nearly ten days and still has a long way to go. However, Absolute did bring a lot more ease to this process.

ADS responded to a Saturday call when our upstairs bathroom valve burst in July 2025. They arrived within 3 hours and immediately began working. From day one, they were great about getting the house cleaned up and damaged areas demolished to be ready for renovations. Our daughter has a disability and struggles with changes. ADS responded quickly as we had a washing machine malfunction and caused flooding to two rooms. They arrived on site shortly after the incident occurred and got to work. They were very approachable and willing to explain what it was that they were doing and the purpose of doing so. After all the clean up, drying, air scrubbing and all else they did, they worked swiftly to come to an agreement with insurance and I was not stuck with cost that insurance did not want to cover. I had an excellent experience with Absolute Disaster Recovery Services. The technicians assigned to my job—Austin, Tylor, and Nick—were outstanding from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They tore down the wet ceiling, walls, and flooring, and handled everything with care and precision.
