ADS gave us a totally unpleasant experience. Our home suffered damage since March 2024 and has still not been renovated. The owner, Mr. Tucker, pretended to be concerned about us getting as much as we could for our claim. They removed our kitchen cabinet before being given the green light from the insurance company, therefore we were not covered for that portion of the loss. We recently used Mold Solutions for our mold remediation, at our pond house. I have not been able to stay overnight in the house for over a year(before the remediation). Following the remediation process, which was very quick and efficient, I am now able to spend weekends there without any sort of allergy flair ups! We would highly recommend Mold Solutions, they have given us the freedom to enjoy our "home away from home" again! Thank you all so much!

ADS was the most supportive and efficient company that came to our rescue when our house flooded from a toilet leak. The mitigation was a smooth and quick process that dried up my house quick as to not grow mold. They walked us through the whole insurance process with grace and efficiency, letting me ask all the questions I needed to ask along the way. I used ADS twice over the past decade, and I enjoyed the experiences so much that I now work for the company. I had a water incident at a rental property, and ADS handled the mitigation promptly and professionally. This was before they began handling restorations in-house in 2023, but they linked me to a very good subcontractor for repair. I then had a lightning incident several years ago, and ADS handled my insurance needs and paired me with quality subcontractors for electrical and appliance repairs.
