Took my kids for the first time and let me tell you last. My kids were not seen at all. Lillian being the face of the company because she is the receptionist should not have a nasty attitude 😒 rolling her eyes not just at me but at every patient that approached her. She should have been the one to ask if we needed help, not us having to go up to the desk to ask for help. She had the worst attitude and needs to be CHECKED AND PUT IN HER PLACE! absolute worst dental should be the name. will be so happy once my daughters braces are off, and we don't have to deal with them anymore. 3years of dealing with them has been nothing but headaches.

The worst staff ever!! Waited 2 hours just to have them tell me the hygienist was gone after seeing everyone else and we already had an appointment before everyone else.... Will NEVER go there again!! Would not recommend!
Very bad made me feel like I was an inconvenience to be there at my 9am appointment. I really hope my insurance doesn’t get charged for getting the run around and my waste of time . I knew being a new patient I would be there at least 1hr that is why I showed up at 8:30 to fill out the paperwork I didn’t get out til 2hrs later just be called in to a room then told to go back to the waiting room then called back and told it will be awhile cause there is an appointment before me at this time it’s 10:45 � it’s all good now I fe... read more
