had oral surgery. seems to he getting infected. calling on friday after Thanksgiving I have not been able to leave a message even. while calling around looking for a new dentist, I note that not only can you leave a message, but there is an emergency numbet for existing patients. stop telling me to wait on hold. admit no one is there. much less frustrating.

RecommendedSo far, so good! I've had a pretty terrible ongoing experience with another Absolute Dental in town, but just had the best experience ever with Dr Futch and the staff here at this one. Front desk staff were all very attentive to getting me checked in and letting me know when I was going to be seen. The nurse was really sweet and heard me and my frustrations out and really emphasized to the experience I had just went through. And Dr Futch was great! Absolute Dental is a joke!! Twice we've made Saturday appointments as it's the only day we can take my Daughter to the dentist and TWICE the Dentist has had a "family emergency"! They even left me a message 5 minutes before I spoke with them asking me to call and confirm today's appointment! only to tell me they have no dentist at the dentist's office. Don't bother with these people unless you have lot's of time to waste.
