The technician, Allen, did a great job on our generator maintenance and even tested transferring power to ensure everything worked properly. Highly recommend Absolute Comfort.

I was so pleased with the response/service I received from Absolute Comfort. After a misdiagnosis on my ac, they promptly sent another technician to check out the problem. The issue was more expensive than the first call, but they credited the original service call, labor and part to my invoice and didn’t charge for the second service call. I will definitely use them again.

We got fantastic service from the entire team. I called first thing when they opened and was promised a call back which we got exactly when they said we would. The technician, Ronnie was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The cost of the repair was reasonable and we were thrilled that they got us back up and running the same day.

Ronnie was a great service tech and I had to call for service on a weekend so you would expect to pay a after hours rate which I was and I felt it was fair. What I disagree with is the inflated price above the service call that is charged for parts. I needed a capacitor replaced. A twenty minute job. I had the same capacitor replaced a couple of years ago and I searched out then what I could buy the same capacitor for as I saved the old one. So here's my beef. AC went out overnight and called Absolute on Saturday morning not expecting much. Technician called me back by 10:00am and issue resolved before noon! We are forever customers of Absolute!
