My hot water heater took a crap out on me and they came out right away. Replaced it and helped me out with a payment plan. Jessie was the plumber that came out was very informative. Very helpful 10 out of 10 would recommend.
My furnace stopped producing heat so I called Absolute Comfort and they had someone to work at my house immediately. The tech was very informative, patient with me, and helpful with tips. I didn't ask for his name but he was great to work with! Thank you Absolute Comfort!
Horrible company. Our HVAC is out and it is below zero, an emergency situation. They put me on the list for the day but can't give me a time. I call back two hours later for an update explaining that the kids get home from daycare at 5 and we need heat on by then. The receptionist makes her frustration known that she can't estimate a time but will be sure to charge me if their guys show up and another company is here.
