I’ve always had a great experience. Last summer we had a lightning strike to our home and it fried our AC system. They came out and worked tirelessly in the heat and in the attic to figure out and fix all our issues. We have a system that does not have parts that can be picked up locally. They knew this and brought us their portable AC’s. They set them all up and got them running so we could stay in our house until the parts arrived. Great customer service!
