Such a wonderful business, We called and the receptionist Josie was so friendly and helpful, the technician was just great, we feel he went above and beyond for us. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Very affordable. Would recommend over and over. Thanks absolute comfort.
Called Wednesday (at exactly 3:44 p.m., because call logs exist) regarding an AC issue. Girl set up a Monday morning appointment @ 8:30. After waiting all morning, I called to ask why nobody showed up. Same girl had the audacity to claim she'd never talked to me, AFTER I told her our entire specific Wednesday talk, saying "I have many conversations just like that." Yea, right. If she'd have just apologized for forgetting to schedule, we could've moved forward. Instead, she decided to insult me by saying the call/appointment ... read more
I had heating issue during past cold spell. I filed with my home warranty and they came out within a couple if hours. After fixing the issue they discovered that my vent ducts in attic were I very poor shape. They wrapped duct work and sprayed new insulation ( that had not been updated since 1950🥹) The workers were AMAZING!! I had no problem leaving my house while they worked -- the project took 3 days-- they were respectful and totally professional! During 8-degree weather, my heating units stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Absolute Comfort, and Josie, the receptionist, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She arranged for technicians to come to my home first thing in the morning. They were professional, knowledgeable, and fortunately restored my heat without an expensive bill. I will definitely use their excellent service in the future.
