I can't say enough great things about my recent experience with Absolute Comfort. Our heater stopped working about 2 weeks ago and after getting several quotes and recommendations of needing to replace our entire system, I spoke with Marc and he provided us with the option of repairing our system rather than replacing everything, saving us a ton of money. I called because my AC unit was making a strange noise and wouldn’t cool below 65°F. During the inspection, the technician told me the compressor wasn’t working at all and that there was no cooling. I explained that the unit is cooling, but he insisted it was just blowing ambient air - as if I can’t tell the difference between running the fan alone and actual air conditioning, after years of living here.
