I can't say enough great things about my recent experience with Absolute Comfort. Our heater stopped working about 2 weeks ago and after getting several quotes and recommendations of needing to replace our entire system, I spoke with Marc and he provided us with the option of repairing our system rather than replacing everything, saving us a ton of money. Hello. I've known Mark, the “Owner,” for several years. His company is fully certified to work on all Mitsubishi equipment, from commercial to residential. He provides amazing service and is a quality person with high values. You can't go wrong with his team working for you.
I called because my AC unit was making a strange noise and wouldn’t cool below 65°F. During the inspection, the technician told me the compressor wasn’t working at all and that there was no cooling. I explained that the unit is cooling, but he insisted it was just blowing ambient air - as if I can’t tell the difference between running the fan alone and actual air conditioning, after years of living here.
Mark did a great job working on our heater. He showed up on time and his price was very competitive. I will definitely use him again!
Marc was prompt and thorough, explaining all aspects of the repair. He was also very friendly and clear on what needed to be done.
