Jim came out to fix my wall heater, fix it but left the wall heater coming off the wall, when I asked him to fix it because I have kids he said i can't it's jammed and just walked out and left.
Absolute Comfort is a great company to deal with. They were able to accommodate perfectly my schedule and Jim did an amazing job. Theresa also is a rock start, always nice to speak with her.
The owner David was quick to ensure someone came out to troubleshoot a heating issue in our home. James came out promptly, and thoroughly investigated the issue. He found an issue with the way the thermostat was configured, AND went into the attic to check the furnace. Turns out the furnace flame was not lit, which James fixed.
