Jim came out to fix my wall heater, fix it but left the wall heater coming off the wall, when I asked him to fix it because I have kids he said i can't it's jammed and just walked out and left.

Absolute Comfort is a great company to deal with. They were able to accommodate perfectly my schedule and Jim did an amazing job. Theresa also is a rock start, always nice to speak with her.

The owner David was quick to ensure someone came out to troubleshoot a heating issue in our home. James came out promptly, and thoroughly investigated the issue. He found an issue with the way the thermostat was configured, AND went into the attic to check the furnace. Turns out the furnace flame was not lit, which James fixed. I’ve had Absolute Comfort servicing my old system for over five years so when I decided to get a mini split system, they were an easy choice. They did an amazing job and made sure everything was done right and that I was satisfied with everything. Very honest and conscientious, they are just a great company to work with.

An amazing team. I couldn’t be happier! James, Teresa,, Kristen , Jacob, Johnny, and Jacob you all are top notch. A + in customer service, professionalism, knowledgeable, and hard working. Dave, thank you for such a wonderful experience. My AC has never ran so smoothly. I know this winter we will be very cozy with the new heater system.
