My wife and I are in our mid 70s and our air-conditioning stop working right at the beginning of a heat wave. I had try and number of business's and either they were to busy or never called me back. One call to Cascade and with in 10 min Pat had call me and and made arrangements to come out after his already long day and solve our problem. Took only 3 hours after my first contact. How cool is that! Thank you Pat for your kindness and caring!
Installed HVAC system in our brand new build. Repeated problems with the heater. Service call after service call with was impossible to schedule. Tools months to figure out. Dean-O seems like a stand up guy but Michael is going to run this business into the ground.

Honestly sad I cant give 0 stars. Came out to the house, diagnosed a problem with the Refrigerant, he then told us he was on the phone with the landlord which the landlord told us that call never happened. They ended up turning off the whole unit and leaving. When we called the next day and the day after that there was no answer by the company. Horrible service, they don’t know what they’re doing and you would probably have better chances if you hired someone off Craigslist or Facebook.
