We got a new couch when our daughter was born. It experienced the absolute mayhem of persistent spills only a child can deliver to new furniture. I was extremely impressed. They were timely and professional. They explain the process of everything they were going to do and gave a time frame on how long it would take to dry. I asked if they could do more than what I had originally said when I made the appointment and they were more than happy to add the stuff on . They were also very reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future!
