Absolute Carpet Care cleaned our carpets and they turned out wonderfully! The cleaners were well-coordinated when they came in and there was minimal disruption while they worked in my house. They had to do some extra spotting which they explained to me.

This was our first time using Absolute Carpet Care. We had never had the carpet steam cleaned before, and they explained the procedure, came and did it just the way they said they would and it was done in good time. The results were great! It was just such a good feeling to have a very clean carpet! The staff was professional and we were very pleased with the 2 men who came over. We will use them again.

They gave a good quote. The gentlemen with Absolute Carpet came in and were very nice and polite. They gave me a nice quote and cleaned the carpet in a timely fashion. They vacuum, move furniture and remove spots and everything. I was very pleased with the job they did. They had a great machine and the carpet dried quickly. I can't say enough about them.

This company does not deserve your business. Here's why. (1) Fails to show up on time. In my case, twice! (2) Suckers you in with misleading advertising. Classic bait-and-switch. (See multiple complaints of this on Yelp.) (3) Customer service is disrespectful. On the phone, when I politely said, "In today's world, you can't treat customers this way and not lose business," the kid on the other side of the line responded, "I don't care." We had a guy from absolute carpet care clean our carpets when we moved out and it was worth it because we got our full deposit back. I just wanted to say thanks because the management company is the worst and I was worried. Thanks again.

I hired them to clean my nearly new carpets and they ended up worse than they started. The guy showed up with the full van-mounted machine that does the best job. Apparently, though, it was broken. Instead of the good machine, dude used one of those half-a*s roll around ones that was slightly bigger than the rug doctor I can rent at Vons. He then forgot to put a bucket behind it to catch the water and spilled filthy water all over my carpet in numerous places AFTER I ALREADY POINTED IT OUT TO HIM TWICE!!! I was shocked. I was very satisfied with their speedy response and overall professionalism. They say it is a family business and they are clean cut, professional cleaners unlike some other companies I've used. They also have a coupon price of $44 for a sofa cleaning or two rooms and a hall, located in any local phone book! I will definitely use them again next time.

I use Absolute every so often and they do a fantastic job. I won't use another company.
