Amazing, amazing experience! Seriously. From the initial phone call for discussing the problems, to scheduling, to inspection and estimates, and finally the actual services, everything was great! I can highly recommend Absolute Carpet Care! The technicians arrived on time, they were polite and communicated everything that they were going to do. They took good care to ensure that they protected my home from the equipment, they were efficient and the carpets look beautiful. I will be using their service again. They went above and beyond what I expected!!!
We have used absolute carpet care to clean carpets, fix /strech and repair basement carpet and most recently to replace wood flooring planks that were damaged. They are very professional and communication at all levels is excellent as well as the work. I would definitely recommend this company!
