Whole experience with this company was great, from the customer service rep to the actual repair. The guys were in and out in an hour and the carpet looks brand new. Everyone from the company that I interacted with was professional, courteous, and cared about doing a good job.

Absolute was fantastic!! They fixed my carpet that wasn’t attached well and cleaned another room. Everything looked great!!
The scheduling process through Absolute was very easy. They did a pre-inspection and quoted me a price. There was a big window, but the crew called me to let me know they were 30 minutes out. They were friendly, fast, and even though the carpet was heavily stained and probably more than 10 years old, they were able to clean it very well. When I need my carpets cleaned, I will go with Absolute every time. Of note, if you use Virginia Housekeepers, you can get 15% off of the carpet cleaning!
