After over 15 years, I continue to rely on Absolute Carpet Care and am always pleased. It starts with a telephone call where a delightful person answers to schedule the cleaning, followup notices by telephone, text and email, a photo of the professional who cleans the carpets the day of and a call that he was on his way. They carefully cleaned 10 Turkish and Persian carpets, Staircase carpet and 2 pieces of furniture. First was deep vacuum then the cleaning process with heavy duty fans.
