Victoria was so kind and helpful during the initial assessment for my mother-in-law after her injury. You can tell she truly cares about the people she is helping & gets to know them and how to meet their needs. Each caregiver was trustworthy, friendly, professional, and truly cared about my mother- in-law.
It’s clear they do not do proper background checks on their employees by them hiring a former child neglect care giver. How can you guarantee care for your patients by someone who neglected multiple children from SA?
