My experience with Absolute Care was one of the worst things I've had to deal with in my life. The staff outside of one particular person was horrible and unprofessional. Lack of communication, dishonesty, and poor work ethics. My aunt laid in feces for 2 days before she got any help :( I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to join this company.
My experience with Absolute care in the Jacksonville and Benton branch were horrible. I only had them for a year and a half. I would never recommend them to anyone in need. They send unqualified caregivers to my home that tried to steal my painkillers and money. One I caught in the act of doing so and another that didn't have a proper background check and found out that she had charges for abusing children. I called the police on one of the caregivers for stealing and there is a police report on her. The agency never disclos... read more
Absolute care in Jacksonville Ar is such a wonderful place and I love the nurses and my moms caregiver. Thanks Absolute for helping mom and giving me some Peace of mind while at work.
