2013 Toyota Avalon Limited VIN:4T1BK1EB5DU016966 A woman there was very rude and unprofessional. We visited the dealership after driving two hours to see the vehicle listed on their website. Before taking it for a test drive, we conducted a thorough visual inspection. I saw many one star reviews. I find the car for sale on Marketplace. No any information about dealership, just beautiful introductions.I asked CarFax report and service records because they introduce their car as ONE OWNER. They promised me to provide service and CarFax reports but they didn’t. I remind them about but still didn’t got it. This looks like a scam. Also, they have disabled access to write a review on their website. Don't ever go to them
u recently installed a used m9tor with 100 plis thousand m8les on it for 6000 plus dollars .i looked at the vehicle.i mean u should of cheanged the the tensioner pulley its makin the whole motor sound like crap.and Dana telling my buddy to put his wife in check.thats customer service.i think not.i dont knpw .but i do know this even if the customer is wrong u never tell them that .get out of the problem and into the solution..ie" how can we make thos rite ..p.s. why wpuld u put bad axles back in thre car .if they needed to bd... read more
Absolutely a shady place. We had an appointment to look at a car and surprise surprise there’s someone else there looking at the same car. Hmmmm. Then they tell us they need two weeks to get the title of the car. But we have to pay the car in full Like they will sell you a car they DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE FOR!!! Absolute waste of time. They are everything that you worry about when dealing with a used car dealership. They have always gone above and beyond when I had any interactions with them. I bought a vw years ago and when I bought the car my other car got hit and totalled so I still had an open loan on my credit. They worked with me and explained everything. Never a problem with service. No major issues ever. I always brought it back to them for hassle free in and out service.
